Mission Statement
The fundamental purpose of St. Michael's Catholic School is to aid the Church in its ministry of a Christian education and to take responsibility with parents to develop the education of the whole child through Word, worship and service. For over 90 years, St. Michael's School has been providing a Catholic education to Southern St. Mary's County, Maryland.
School Open 2011 - 2012
Fr. Lee Fangmeyer and Mrs. Lila Hofmeister are excited to announce that St. Michael's School will be open for the 2010-2011 school year. Enrollment applications are now being accepted.
In order to ensure the long term viability of St. Michael's school, the THANKS A MILLION! fundraising campaign was established. The ultimate goal of the campaign is to garner 1,000 pledges of $1,000 per year for five years; that is less than $100 per month, less than $3 per day.
However, any pledge or any donation of any size, big or small, will help continue this great tradition.

St. Michael’s School, Ridge MD is raising funds for the sustainment of Catholic education in southern St. Mary’s County, MD. St. Michael’s School provides a faith-based, academically challenging education with the highest quality faculty, small classes, and a safe and friendly environment for grades pre-k through 8.
